What you can learn

The real danger of having too much stress in your life and the damage this can do for your health and well-being.


You’ll be introduced to an interesting range of stress busting ideas that Jean has developed and used successfully for her clients over the past 15 years.


This is an interactive workshop, bring your notepad, wear comfortable clothes and bring your blanket and pillow for the relaxation session (many say this is the best part of the workshop)

The workshop above is the introductory course to the Positively Relax Course that we are now bringing to Christchurch. The Positively Relax Course  was previously an online course in Australia.

After completing this workshop you can move to a range of workshops later in the year, again taking place at PASC in Riccarton.
