Learn easy to use meditation and relaxation techniques and self-care during online classes and calming skills to practice in your own time.

Please ensure you sign in on time as you are joining a relaxation class
You need to have a quiet space, or earphones, to take part in the class and a supportive chair, such as a dining chair or upright seat with blocks under your feet if your legs cannot rest comfortable on the floor.
This class is not suitable if you have any breathing or respiratory problems
