Pelvic and hip pain can be really debilitating and make it difficult to lead a normal life. This workshop is for people who want to begin to take charge of their health, wellness, movement and sleep.

Jean will look at the impact that persistent hip or pelvic pain can have on our lives and specially our long term health. She has been working with persistent pain and anxiety for over 15 years, being well aware of the worsening impact of stress, that has invaded most aspects of our daily life.

This workshop is interactive, learning basic techniques and ideas to not only help bring about change, but also to motivate. Jean also tries to make her presentations fun and engaging, not being afraid to make fun of herself!

Pain Talks in Christchurch

It's important to get out the message that people with persistent pain have options.

At the moment many people are getting on-going relief from chiropractors, physiotherapists and massage that do have their place but for some people these are not a solution!

They are treating the symptoms not the real cause of your pain. Jean will share her case studies, her research and plans for you to make a difference to your pain.
